When an employee leaves their position or their account is deactivated, the customer must handle the deletion or retention of data in accordance with legal requirements.

6.3 Our Role
As a SAAS provider, we comply with all lawful requests from our customers regarding data handling. This includes assisting in data deletion or retention as requested by our customers and in accordance with local laws. We do not have direct control over the deletion or retention of data retained by our customers.

As a user, you have the right to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal data that is processed by our Service. However, please direct your requests to your employer or the data controller within your organization, as they are responsible for handling your data in accordance with their privacy policies and local legal obligations.
